At Seralux Hair, we maintain a strict no returns or exchanges policy. All sales are considered final once completed.
Order Review & Fraud Prevention
Every order placed through our website is subject to review and fraud screening. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that raises security concerns.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Seralux Hair is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Once items are handed over to the carrier, liability shifts to the shipping provider. We recommend using the tracking information provided to monitor your order.
Customer Responsibilities
By completing a purchase with Seralux Hair, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Defective Products
If you believe your item is defective, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be returned to us for inspection before any resolution is offered.
To qualify for an exchange or refund:

The hair must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

Products that show signs of chemical processing, coloring, cutting, or product use will not be eligible.
 
If the product is deemed defective upon inspection, we will provide either a replacement or a refund.
