SERALUX Return & Refund Policy.
At SERALUX, we take pride in delivering high-quality hair products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase, as all sales are governed by the terms below.
Return Window
  • Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Return requests submitted after 15 days will not be accepted.
  • Once a returned item is received, please allow 2–5 business days for inspection and approval.
Return Eligibility.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
  • Be unused, unworn, unaltered, and untampered
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Be in the exact condition it was received
Any product showing signs of wear, installation, alteration, odour, cutting, coloring, or damage will be automatically rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Inspection & Approval
  • All returns undergo a strict quality inspection.
  • If a returned product is found to be defective, damaged, or altered upon return, no refund will be issued.
  • SERALUX reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our quality standards.
Damaged Upon Delivery.
If your order arrives damaged during transit, the following steps must be taken:
  • Contact SERALUX within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos and videos of the product and packaging as proof
Once verified, customers may choose one of the following options:
  • A full refund
  • A replacement of the same product
  • An exchange for another product of equal value
 
This option applies only to items confirmed as damaged upon delivery. Damage caused after delivery will not qualify.
Not What You Expected
  • If you receive a product that is not what you expected, it may be returned within the 15-day window, provided it meets all return eligibility requirements.
  • Approved returns under this category may be refunded or issued as store credit at SERALUX’s discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds or returns:
  • Items returned after 15 days
  • Items that have been worn, installed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items that fail inspection
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
Shipping Costs.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases of verified delivery damage.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

By placing an order with SERALUX, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy. SERALUX reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
